Request an Ultrasound Booking

Once a requisition is received, it will be reviewed and triaged for booking. Urgent requests will be prioritized and contacted within 24 hours. All other requests will be contacted within 72 hours. Once you’ve submitted your online booking request, there is no need to call. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible. Calling in addition to submitting an online request may create delays or duplicate bookings. Please only call if you have not heard from us within 72 hours.
