Masks are optional but requested if you are ill in order to protect immunocompromised patients and our health care workers.  Please let us know upon checking-in if  you are immunocompromised, and would prefer an isolated waiting area.

Nothing to eat or drink after midnight.  No breakfast.  Children 12 and under fasting for 6 hours (infants 4 hours).  Take usual medication.

Nothing to eat after midnight.  A full bladder is required.  Adults drink 1 liter of water and finish one hour before the examination.  Children 12 and under fasting for 6 hours (infants 4 hours) and drink enough to have a full bladder when arriving.  Do  not void until after the ultrasound.  Take usual medication.
